Beams and Columns was founded in 2018 by Poddaturi Madhu Sudhan and Poddaturi Naveen Kumar primarily focused on building residential apartments. A family owned business, sister-concern of ARMSBURG Builders Pvt. Ltd which was also co-founded by Mr. Madhu Sudhan in 2003, who is also engaged in the business of constructing commercial and residential complexes for over two decades. The organization has successfully completed projects covering over 10 Lakhs Sq. ft. in twin cities.
The current ongoing project of Beams and Columns builders Pvt. Ltd. covers over 5,00,000 Sq. Ft, housing around 360 flats . Both the organizations are headed by P.Madhusudhan, The Director who has a rich experience in this line of business.
Is a graduate in commerce with over three decades of experience in various businesses. He had entered the field of construction in the year 2003 by co-founding the ARMSBURG Group. ARMSBURG Group has successfully completed projects of over 175 crs. with 1 million Sq. Ft. built up area under his guidance. His major roles involve designing, planning, implementation and ensuring timely completion of the projects. Mr. Madhu Sudhan plays a major role in monitoring the day to day progress of the projects against the targeted deadline to ensure timely completion and delivery. He is actively involved in all the activity related to expansion of the organization.
He completed his education in 1993 and entered the family business of leasing consumer durables in 1995, entering the field of construction in 2003 as a founder member of ARMSBURG Group. He is actively involved in all the assignments undertaken by the organization. His key potentials are financial management and budgeting and has successfully guided the organization in these areas for the last decade.
